If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll gladly arrange it—depending on product availability.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
